GNC Energy announced that it has signed a single sales and supply contract with Samsung C&T for the 'National AI Computing Center.'

According to a regulatory filing, the total contract amount is 35,960,990,000 won, equivalent to 13.7% of the company's consolidated revenue for 2025 (262,633,590,000 won). The supply region is domestic, and the contract period runs from July 30, 2026, to October 31, 2028.

The products will be supplied through a combination of in-house and outsourced production. The contract proceeds will be executed without an advance payment, with payments to be received in installments: interim payments (50%, 30%, 10%) and a final payment (10%).

The company explained that the contract amount consists of USD 18,685,027.68 and KRW 8,565,000,000. The dollar exchange rate was calculated based on the Korea Money Brokerage Corp.'s reference rate as of July 29, 2026 (1 USD = 1,466.2 KRW), and the stated amounts exclude value-added tax (VAT).

Meanwhile, the company added that detailed conditions such as the contract amount and contract period may be subject to change during the course of future business operations.
