In the final episode of 'Noona is a Woman to Me 2,' the cast members made their final choices in the 'Love QR' room. The selected couples returned to their respective daily lives for one week, then reunited at a designated location to be confirmed as final couples. Through this process, Yoo Ju-hee and Lee Yoon-so, Park Ji-hye and Kim Jung-won, and Lee Jin-young and Yoo Jin-woo each formed couples.

The first couple to draw attention was Yoo Ju-hee and Lee Yoon-so. The two handed bouquets to each other, sharing an emotional reunion. Lee Yoon-so honestly confessed, 'I couldn't focus on work and thought about you every morning,' and when Yoo Ju-hee asked about his family's reaction, Lee Yoon-so answered that his parents respect his decision. Watching this, Jang Woo-young cheered, 'I hope this couple goes all the way to marriage,' and Han Hye-jin praised their chemistry and congratulated them.

Park Ji-hye chose Kim Jung-won instead of Lee Joon-han in the final selection.
