LG CNS announced its preliminary consolidated financial results for the second quarter of 2026 through a regulatory filing on the 31st.

According to the filing, LG CNS's second-quarter revenue stood at KRW 1,520.828 billion, up 15.7% from the previous quarter (KRW 1,314.998 billion) and up 4.2% year-on-year (KRW 1,460.159 billion).

Operating profit for the same period was recorded at KRW 127.88 billion. This represents a 35.8% increase from the previous quarter (KRW 94.197 billion) but a 9.2% decrease compared to the same period last year (KRW 140.79 billion).

Profit before income tax from continuing operations was KRW 152.68 billion, up 35.3% from the previous quarter and up 16.1% year-on-year. Net income for the period was KRW 118.738 billion, an increase of 46.8% from the previous quarter and 19.9% year-on-year. Net income attributable to owners of the parent company was recorded at KRW 118.47 billion, rising 47.2% from the previous quarter and 20.1% year-on-year, respectively.

On a cumulative basis for the first half, revenue reached KRW 2,835.825 billion, up 6.1% year-on-year, while operating profit was KRW 222.077 billion, up 1.1%.

Additionally, cumulative net income for the period stood at KRW 199.645 billion, up 27.7%, and cumulative net income attributable to owners of the parent company was KRW 198.941 billion, up 28.0%.

LG CNS added that these results are preliminary figures based on K-IFRS consolidated financial statements and may be subject to change, as the external auditor's review has not yet been completed.
