EcoPro BM announced on the 31st through a regulatory filing that its preliminary consolidated operating profit for the second quarter of 2026 stood at 18.01 billion KRW, down 63.2% year-on-year.

■ Q2 Performance Summary

Revenue for the same period was 576.71 billion KRW, down 26.0% year-on-year. Net income recorded a net loss of 0.46 billion KRW, swinging to a deficit compared to both the same period last year and the previous quarter.

Compared to the previous quarter, revenue decreased by 4.7% from 605.36 billion KRW, and operating profit also fell by 14.0% from 20.94 billion KRW. Profit from continuing operations before income tax expense was 1.75 billion KRW, down 85.9% from the previous quarter and 93.9% year-on-year.

■ First-Half Cumulative Performance

On a cumulative basis for the first half (January–June), the company recorded revenue of 1.182073 trillion KRW and operating profit of 38.95 billion KRW. These figures declined by 16.1% and 24.0% year-on-year, respectively. Cumulative net income stood at 11.70 billion KRW, down 51.8% from the same period last year.

■ Earnings Presentation and Notes

EcoPro BM is scheduled to hold an online second-quarter 2026 earnings presentation at 2:00 PM on the same day, targeting domestic and foreign institutional investors, retail investors, and analysts.

The company stated, "These results are preliminary consolidated figures prepared in accordance with the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS), based on internal closing data that has not been audited by an external auditor, and may be subject to change based on future audit results."
