In the 'July Best Pick of the Month' vote conducted on the global fandom platform UPICK, CORTIS member Gunho achieved the remarkable feat of taking first place.

Held from July 22 to 30, this vote was structured as a champion-of-champions format in which the top three candidates from each category competed against one another. Despite fierce battles with artists boasting massive global fandoms, including BTS's V, Evan, and ENHYPEN's Ni-ki, Gunho rode overwhelming fan support to proudly claim the top spot.

As a result of this victory, Gunho will receive a special global billboard advertisement reward. Ads in the form of fan-made videos produced directly by fans are scheduled to be displayed on the Famie DS billboard at Shinsegae Central City in Gangnam, Seoul, and the outdoor billboard at the Korea Building in Cheonggye.

In addition, Gunho was awarded one UPICK 'Special Badge,' which is exclusively granted to winners. Accumulating five of these badges unlocks a special advertising reward package to be rolled out across major cities worldwide, which is expected to intensify future badge competition.

As for the current Special Badge standings, Evan leads with three badges, while ENHYPEN's Ni-ki and ZEROBASEONE's Kim Ji-woong each hold one. With Gunho newly joining the race, the battle among global fandoms to achieve five Special Badges is set to become even fiercer.

Meanwhile, Gunho's group CORTIS has been actively expanding its reach beyond Korea and into the North American market. On August 1, the group is set to perform on the T-Mobile stage at Lollapalooza Chicago, a major music festival held in the United States.
