Actor Byeon Woo-seok maintained the top spot in the Netizens Awards Best Actor category for five consecutive months in July's voting. In last month's voting, held amid the ongoing excitement of the first-half finals, Byeon Woo-seok continued his solo run, significantly distancing himself from second place.

According to the tally, Byeon Woo-seok defended first place with a total of 23,387 votes and a 45.0% support rate. He raised his vote share to the 45% range compared to the previous month, surpassing the 20,000-vote mark on his own, and confirmed his firm lead in the Best Actor category.

■ 2nd–5th Place: Chase for the Lead Lomon retained second place with 5,933 votes (11.4%), recording a double-digit vote share. Rowoon rose to third with 4,148 votes (8.0%), Park Bo-gum placed fourth with 2,747 votes (5.3%), and Lee Joon-gi took fifth with 2,363 votes (4.5%).

■ 6th–10th Place: Mid-Rank Competition Jang Ki-yong took sixth with 2,237 votes (4.3%), and Kim Nam-gil placed seventh with 1,973 votes (3.8%). Lee Min-ho settled into eighth with 1,542 votes (3.0%), Jang Keun-suk took ninth with 1,195 votes (2.3%), and Um Tae-goo claimed the last spot in the top 10 with 1,091 votes (2.1%).

■ 11th–15th Place: Close Contest Lee Jun-ho placed 11th with 1,015 votes (2.0%), and Bae In-hyuk recorded 12th with 894 votes (1.7%). Na In-woo took 13th with 720 votes (1.4%), and Park Hyung-sik settled into 14th with 652 votes (1.3%). Song Kang remained in 15th with 649 votes (1.2%), just three votes behind Park Hyung-sik.

■ 16th–20th Place: Excitement to the End Kim Seon-ho placed 16th with 637 votes (1.2%), and Park Ji-hoon kept 17th with 327 votes (0.6%). Seo In-guk took 18th with 171 votes (0.3%), Kim Mu-yeol rose to 19th with 150 votes (0.3%), and Heo Nam-joon rounded out the list at 20th with 127 votes (0.2%).
