In the Netizens Awards Neostar category, Jang Han Byul has ascended to the summit for July, claiming the new throne. With Min Soo Hyun, who had held the No.1 spot for three consecutive months, shifting to the Male Singer Award category last month, a fierce competition unfolded for the now-vacant Neostar title. As a result, Jang Han Byul secured the top position backed by an overwhelming volume of votes.

Jang Han Byul earned a total of 27,237 votes in last month's polling, recording a commanding first place with a 42.3% vote share. Hwanhee, who newly joined the Neostar category, secured 10,776 votes to settle in second place with a 16.7% vote share, making a strong impression. Liberante's Kim Ji Hoon secured 8,059 votes to rank third with a 12.5% vote share, maintaining his consistent presence in the Top 3.

The chase among the top-tier ranks was equally intense. Jin Wook received 4,076 votes to climb to fourth place with a 6.3% vote share, while Kim Joong Yeon recorded 3,941 votes and a 6.1% vote share to take fifth, closely trailing the leading group.

The middle-tier rankings also saw shifts driven by a tight tug-of-war among fandoms.
