On the 3rd, LX International disclosed its preliminary consolidated results for the second quarter of 2026. Q2 revenue recorded KRW 4.7763 trillion and operating profit reached KRW 117.8 billion.

[Q2 Performance Summary]

Revenue increased 24.7% compared to the same period last year (KRW 3.8302 trillion) and 13.4% compared to the previous quarter (KRW 4.2113 trillion). Operating profit surged 114.2% year-over-year (from KRW 55 billion) and also rose 8.2% from the previous quarter (KRW 108.9 billion).

Profit from continuing operations before income tax expense was KRW 116.7 billion, up 80.7% from the same period last year, but down 4.7% from the previous quarter (KRW 122.5 billion). Net income for the period was KRW 78.8 billion, increasing 40.2% year-over-year and 7.2% quarter-over-quarter. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was KRW 68.2 billion, up 29.7% from the same period last year and 9.5% from the previous quarter.

[First Half Cumulative Performance]

On a cumulative basis for the first half (January–June), the company achieved revenue of KRW 8.9876 trillion and operating profit of KRW 226.7 billion, representing increases of 14.1% and 31.9%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. During the same period, profit from continuing operations before income tax expense rose 31.4% to KRW 239.2 billion, but net income for the period decreased 8.7% to KRW 152.2 billion, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent company also declined 14.5% to KRW 130.5 billion.

LX International stated that these results are preliminary consolidated figures based on Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) and may be subject to change, as the external auditor's review has not yet been completed.
