Episode 10 of the KBS 2TV Saturday-Sunday mini-series 'Completion of Marriage' recorded a per-minute peak rating of 9% and a nationwide rating of 7.2% (based on Nielsen Korea), taking first place among terrestrial and all-channel dramas in the same time slot.

In this broadcast, the past and present intertwined as the hidden truths of key characters were revealed one by one. In a past flashback scene, Noh Man-hee (played by Kim Daemyung) and Kim Kyung-ae (played by Lee Sang-hee) were depicted committing a crime together. Noh Man-hee rescued Kim Kyung-ae from an assault situation, and the two became bound together as a community of shared fate by disposing of a body together. A scene in which Kim Kyung-ae cut Noh Man-hee's hair and kissed him was also included.

In the present timeline, Ko Se-yoon (played by Lee Seol) fled upon encountering Noh Man-hee but escaped danger with the help of Kang Tae-joo (played by Nam Goong-min). While tracking Noh Man-hee, Kang Tae-joo was counterattacked and collapsed, then began investigating the mastermind behind Ko Se-yoon's kidnapping. Noh Man-hee revealed that Kang Tae-joo was originally the intended murder target, and Kang Tae-joo warned that Kim Kyung-ae could be threatened again. Upon hearing this, Noh Man-hee fled.

Ko Se-yoon received sedative treatment from Choi Chi-woong (played by Woo Ji-hyun), vice director of Uri Together Hospital, due to severe stress. Meanwhile, Kang Tae-joo felt confused by the fact that Ko Dong-chan (played by Jang Kwang) was unaware of Kim Kyung-ae's criminal record, and raised issues regarding unfairness in clinical research selection and illegal fetal stem cell surgery related to the spinal cord project. He informed Ko Se-yoon that the donation pledge documents and the list of clinical subjects matched, and that Ko Dong-chan had been involved in all decisions.

Cha Myung-hee (played by Cho Yoon-seo) hastily packed her belongings and encountered Noh Man-hee, who got into the passenger seat and greeted her. Team Leader Jang Do-sik (played by Lee Seok) informed Kang Tae-joo that Cha Myung-hee was a prime suspect in Ha Jung-soo's death case and had fled, leaving Kang Tae-joo shocked. Recalling past conversations, Kang Tae-joo realized Cha Myung-hee had known information related to illegal fetal stem cells, and he heard from Kim Kyung-ae that Cha Myung-hee had said, 'We can create new nerves and insert them.'

After personally confirming in Ko Dong-chan's study that the donation pledge documents matched the clinical subject list, Ko Se-yoon broke down in tears upon hearing from Kang Tae-joo that Ko Dong-chan had failed to report the emergency on the day her daughter Ha-yoon died. Afterwards, Ko Se-yoon reconciled with Kang Tae-joo but was startled when he said, 'They weren't targeting you. They were targeting me. They were trying to kill me.'

At the end of the broadcast, Kang Tae-joo and Noh Man-hee were each shown driving separately. Noh Man-hee attacked a man and strangled him, and the man was revealed to be Choi Chi-woong, vice director of Uri Together Hospital. Choi Chi-woong revealed his true identity as the mastermind, saying, 'Who else but me could have saved your wife?'
