The group NOWZ (Hyunbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinhwik, Siyoon) is heightening anticipation ahead of the release of their new digital single 'Achilles' by communicating with fans through various pre-comeback events.

On the 1st, NOWZ held a special 'one-day part-time job' event at an ice cream shop located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Prior to the event, the members toured the Seongsu-dong area distributing hand fans printed with their new song 'Achilles' as part of their promotional efforts.

Despite the hot weather, a long line of fans formed for the event that began at 2 p.m. Around 200 people participated within just one hour, making it a great success. The members transformed into part-time workers, personally handing out ice cream to fans and exchanging greetings.

The following day on the 2nd, they took the stage at the '2026 Ocean World Birthday Blue Splash Festival' held at Ocean World in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province. NOWZ performed tracks including 'Problem Child' and 'TICKET' from their first mini album. In particular, they unveiled the stage for their upcoming new digital single 'Achilles' for the first time, receiving an enthusiastic response from the audience.

Ahead of their comeback, NOWZ had previously rolled out a variety of online and offline content, including 'Day'n Salad' featuring symbols representing each member, and an 'ARS event' voice call.

The new digital single 'Achilles' is an electro pop-based dance track that modernizes a 1980s sound. It captures the intense attraction of love at first sight and the fluctuating emotions one faces in front of love.

NOWZ will release 'Achilles' on various music streaming sites on the 5th and kick off their full-scale comeback activities.
