Spear has significantly revised the amount and terms of its special alloy supply contract signed with a U.S. global aerospace launch company. The conditional contract value has been increased from the existing 24.9 billion won range to the 49 billion won range.

According to Spear on the 3rd, the revision disclosure increased the conditional contract value and total contract amount from the previous 24,986,637,000 won to 49,051,471,903 won. This amounts to a staggering 1,917.7% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue for 2024 (255,776,000 won), far exceeding the previous ratio to revenue (977%). Additionally, the sales and supply method was changed from 'not applicable' for subcontracted production to 'applicable.'

The supply region under the revised contract is overseas. The contract period runs from September 27, 2025, to February 5, 2027, with payment to be made within 30 days of the invoice date. However, detailed information, including the specific company name, was not disclosed at the request of the contracting party to protect its trade secrets.

Spear stated that it has a track record of previously supplying similar special alloy raw materials to the contracting party. However, since this order is of a conditional contract nature, the entire or partial contract may be canceled at the unilateral request of the counterparty. In such a case, a future revision disclosure or a termination disclosure for the single sales and supply contract will be made.

Meanwhile, the company cited the completion of its previous delivery as the background for this revision disclosure. The company explained that as the related supply contract, which was initially disclosed on February 19, 2026, was completed with a final order amount of 43,187,976,305 won, a change occurred in some of the remaining conditional order items.
