Doosan Bobcat has completed the liquidation of its UK sales subsidiary, 'Doosan Bobcat UK Northampton LTD. (DBUN).' Accordingly, DBUN has been removed from the list of subsidiaries of Doosan Bobcat's holding company.

Doosan Bobcat stated in a regulatory filing on the 5th, "The liquidation of DBUN has been completed as part of the restructuring of our overseas corporate governance." The withdrawal date is August 5, 2026, based on the point at which the completion of liquidation was confirmed by relevant UK authorities.

DBUN is a corporation that sells forklifts and other equipment. As of the end of 2025, its total assets stood at 1.005 billion won, total liabilities at 40 million won, and total equity at 965 million won, with paid-in capital of 35.026 billion won.

Prior to the liquidation, Doosan Bobcat held 22,313,829 shares (100% stake) in DBUN, with an equity value of 28.28 billion won. This equates to 0.7% of total assets on Doosan Bobcat's separate financial statements. Following the completion of liquidation, all of these shares have been extinguished.

As a result of this measure, the number of subsidiaries under Doosan Bobcat's holding company has decreased from 25 to 24.

The company explained, "This liquidation is part of the overseas corporate governance restructuring aimed at improving management efficiency. Since DBUN was a 100%-owned subsidiary, the liquidation will have no impact on the consolidated financial statements." The direct shareholder of DBUN is Doosan Bobcat EMEA s.r.o. (the Czech entity), a 100%-owned subsidiary of Doosan Bobcat.
