According to the disclosure, Korea Electric Cable's total transaction volume with Hoban Industries for the second quarter of 2026 stands at KRW 25.345 billion. This figure represents 0.81% of the company's revenue (KRW 3.118223 trillion) based on the 2025 standalone financial statements. The breakdown consists of KRW 24.761 billion in purchases and KRW 584 million in sales.

• Dangjin Submarine Cable Plant No. 2 New Construction: KRW 21.201 billion (private contract)
• Bangladesh ICT Education and Training Center Construction Project: KRW 3.56 billion (limited competitive bidding)

• Meanwhile, Korea Electric Cable's sales to Hoban Industries totaled KRW 584 million. Both projects were awarded through selective competitive bidding.
• Incheon Geomdan Integrated Security Parking Guidance System Installation: KRW 300 million
• Yeonggwang Nakwol Power System Equipment Supply: KRW 284 million

Korea Electric Cable explained, "We filed the revised disclosure because the transaction amount decreased by 20% or more compared to the previously disclosed amount of KRW 35.516 billion for the second quarter of 2026." The company also added that the revenue of the immediately preceding fiscal year was based on the 2025 standalone financial statements.
