Netmarble announced on the 5th that it recorded KRW 749.2 billion in revenue and KRW 80.1 billion in operating profit on a consolidated basis in its preliminary Q2 2026 results. The operating profit represents a 50.8% surge from the previous quarter.

Revenue in the second quarter increased 15.0% from the previous quarter and 4.4% year-over-year. Meanwhile, operating profit rose 50.8% from the previous quarter but declined 20.8% year-over-year.

Key financial indicators for the second quarter are as follows: • Profit from continuing operations before income tax expense: KRW 265.5 billion (down 4.2% from the previous quarter, up 39.8% year-over-year) • Net income: KRW 203.9 billion (down 3.3% from the previous quarter, up 27.3% year-over-year) • Net income attributable to owners of the parent company: KRW 197.6 billion (down 5.8% from the previous quarter, up 23.3% year-over-year)

On a cumulative basis for the first half (January–June), the company achieved KRW 1.4009 trillion in revenue and KRW 133.2 billion in operating profit. Revenue increased 4.4% year-over-year, but operating profit decreased 11.7%. Meanwhile, cumulative profit from continuing operations before income tax expense (KRW 542.7 billion) surged 88.8%, cumulative net income (KRW 414.8 billion) jumped 72.5%, and cumulative net income attributable to owners of the parent company (KRW 407.3 billion) rose sharply by 72.7%.

Netmarble added that these results are preliminary figures prepared in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) on a consolidated basis, and are subject to change based on the external auditor's review. Meanwhile, the company plans to hold its Q2 2026 earnings presentation via conference call and live webcast at 4:00 PM today.
