Having consistently maintained 55kg in the past, she saw her weight climb to 66kg after menopause, as she gained weight with everything she ate and even experienced poor digestion. Having lost confidence, she said she thought, "I can't go on living like this — I might not be able to continue my activities," which motivated her to start dieting.
