According to a regulatory filing on the 7th, BlackRock Fund Advisors, including related parties, held 2,694,448 shares of Alteogen, recording a 5.03% stake. Both the date the reporting obligation arose and the reference date for the report are July 31, 2026.
BlackRock acquired the stake through open-market purchases. As of the previous reference date (July 30, 2026), it held 2,670,175 shares (4.98%), but purchased an additional 24,273 shares in a single day. As a result, the holding ratio rose by 0.05 percentage points, exceeding 5% and triggering the disclosure obligation.
The shares held consist of funds and client account balances managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and 12 related parties.
