Kyungbo Electric, a subsidiary of Jin System, will acquire factory land and buildings worth 32 billion won to expand its manufacturing and research and development (R&D) infrastructure.

In a regulatory filing on the 7th, Kyungbo Electric announced that it decided to acquire land and buildings located at 209-2, Seoun-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, for 32 billion won, following a board of directors resolution dated August 6, 2026. The counterparty to the transaction is WhatsKitchen Co., Ltd., and the scheduled acquisition date is March 31, 2027.

The purpose of the acquisition is to secure a factory for expanding production infrastructure. The disclosed amount of 32 billion won (32,000,000,000 won) is based on the price stated in the sales contract and excludes ancillary costs such as taxes, public dues, and fees.

The acquisition amount represents 222.29% of the controlling company's total consolidated assets of 14,395,506,156 won as of the end of 2025 (Korean International Financial Reporting Standards, K-IFRS). Meanwhile, the subsidiary Kyungbo Electric's total separate assets as of the end of 2025 were disclosed at 18,139,477,764 won.

Kyungbo Electric is a key subsidiary of Jin System that manufactures and sells measuring instruments for switchboards, protective relays, and instrument transformers (CT/PT).
