Hansol IONES has embarked on a new facility investment to expand production capacity at its new Anseong plant in response to growing demand in the semiconductor market.

According to a regulatory filing on the 10th, Hansol IONES decided on a new facility investment worth 91 billion won. This amount is equivalent to 43.28% of the company's equity capital of 210.271 billion won based on the 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The investment period is scheduled from the 15th through October 31, 2027. The investment amount includes new building construction, utility equipment, and machinery, with value-added tax (VAT) excluded. The new investment site is located at 858 Gayu-ri, Gosam-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

However, the company stated that the investment amount may fluctuate during execution depending on changes in the business environment. The investment end date may also change depending on factors such as construction permits, project progress, shifts in the business environment, and internal schedules.
