This song is part of the global remake project 'Time Travel Project,' which reinterprets hit songs released in 1996 in At Heart's own signature style. By adding At Heart's characteristic energetic energy to the original summer song '3! 4!' by Roo'ra, the group plans to deliver joy to listeners.
