Gigavis has signed a supply contract worth 11.1 billion won for semiconductor substrate inspection equipment with a Chinese semiconductor substrate manufacturer.

According to a Gigavis regulatory filing on the 11th, the finalized amount for this contract totals 11,133,584,000 won. This represents 21.23% of the company's recent revenue (52,434,995,936 won).

The contract amount is 7.84 million dollars, calculated using the base exchange rate as of the contract signing date on the 10th (1,420.10 won per dollar). As it is an export contract, no value-added tax applies.

The counterparty has no special relationship with the company, and the track record of fulfilling similar contracts over the past three years was confirmed. The equipment will be supplied overseas through in-house production.

The contract period runs from August 10, 2026, to April 20, 2027. Payment terms have been set at a 10% down payment, 80% interim payment, and 10% final payment.

The company stated that the disclosure withholding period has been set to April 20, 2027, at the request of the counterparty for confidentiality. It also added that key contract details were kept confidential due to business confidentiality needs, and that the contract amount and period may be subject to change in the future process.
