JNK Global announced on the 11th via a regulatory filing that it has signed a supply contract worth over 170 billion KRW for 'Fired Heaters' with an African refinery company.
The contract counterparty is 'Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Free Zone Enterprise,' which operates refining and petrochemical businesses in the African region.
The confirmed value of this contract is 171,251,300,000 KRW. This is the amount obtained by converting USD 121 million at the exchange rate of 1,415.30 KRW per dollar as of the 11th, and represents the supply price exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). This is a large-scale order equivalent to 116.27% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue for 2025 (1,472,932,918,910 KRW).
The contract period runs from August 11, 2026, to June 11, 2029. The supply method will be carried out through outsourced production, with a down payment and advance payment in place, and payments will be claimed and paid in installments according to the stages of contract progress. The company stated, "The contract period and contract amount, among other terms, may change during the course of the contract in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract."
Meanwhile, in connection with the large-scale order disclosure issued today, the Korea Exchange suspended trading of JNK Global common shares starting at 2:12 p.m. in accordance with the single sale/supply contract disclosure regulations. The trading suspension will be maintained for 30 minutes from that point. After trading resumes, prices will be determined through an individual competitive auction method at a single price for 10 minutes, followed by the application of a single-price trading arbitrary termination (random end).
