Eugene Robot announced on the 11th via a regulatory filing that it has signed a KRW 3.4 billion supply contract with Indian company AUMOVIO India Private Limited for an automated vehicle component production line.

The subject of this contract is the 'Frame Box Loading & Cover Glass Box Load and Other Vehicle Component Automated Production Line.' The company explained that the facility is a production line that automates the assembly and inspection of automotive components. The sales and supply region is India, and it will be carried out through in-house production.

The finalized contract amount is a total of KRW 3,453,640,462. This amount was calculated by applying the initial exchange rate of KRW 1,641.28 per euro as of the contract date to the total foreign currency revenue of 2,104,236 euros. This contract amount represents 12.25% of Eugene Robot's most recent standalone revenue (KRW 28,189,374,133) as stated in its 2025 business report.

The contract period runs from August 10, 2026, to January 6, 2027. Payment terms consist of a 30% down payment, 60% interim payment, and 10% final payment. According to the filing, Eugene Robot has a history of executing similar contracts with the counterparty over the past three years.

Meanwhile, the disclosed contract date is the date on which the parties received and confirmed the purchase order (P/O). The company added that the contents of the disclosure may change depending on the future progress of the related business.
