Dingo's new original web variety show 'My Hometown, Best Hometown' has aired its first episode. As the first guests, Kim Doyeon and Choi Yoojung, both formerly of the group I.O.I, appeared and embarked on a special memory-filled journey set against the backdrop of Wonju, Gangwon-do.

'My Hometown, Best Hometown' is a local travel program in which stars personally visit their own hometowns to introduce hidden gems and behind-the-scenes stories. On this episode, Kim Doyeon showed extraordinary affection for her hometown of Wonju, drawing attention by confidently naming Chiaksan peaches, Chiaksan makgeolli, and herself as the 'Top 3 of Wonju.' She also visited her alma mater and looked back on the time she was cast while working as a cheerleader in middle school, sharing a heartwarming reunion with her former teacher.

Along with Choi Yoojung, who showcased her signature sentimentality while visiting places filled with memories of friends, the two explored Wonju Jungang Market and Miro Art Jungang Market, enjoying a food tour through the market's best eateries. In particular, they took part in a wax doll-making experience, adding unique fun to the trip. Afterwards, they visited a karaoke room and sang songs from their trainee days and nostalgic tunes from their school days, creating a warm and heartfelt atmosphere. Later, out in nature, they enjoyed baeksuk (whole chicken soup) paired with Chiaksan makgeolli, highly praising the outstanding taste of the makgeolli.

Meanwhile, reuniting to commemorate the 10th anniversary of I.O.I's debut, Kim Doyeon and Choi Yoojung sincerely shared how much they had been a source of comfort and strength to each other during their solo activities.
