For the second quarter, the company stated that increased sales of MLCC for data centers, including AI servers and networks, and expanded supply of high-value-added FCBGA to global big tech customers contributed to improved earnings.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics' stock has recently shown wide volatility following analyses that Morgan Stanley rated the company as its top pick among Korean technology stocks, citing factors such as growing demand for MLCC and ABF-based package substrates driven by expanding AI data center investment.
