KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Love Is On Its Way' is drawing viewers' attention with its diverse couple narratives spanning generations.

Produced by Monster Union and Contents Zed, directed by Hong Seok-gu, and written by Lee Kyung-hee, the drama unfolds as the different relationships and emotions of a middle-aged couple and a young couple intersect.

Remarried couple Jang Hoon-tae (Kwon Hae-hyo) and Ko Yoon-hee (Yoon Yoo-sun) built their daily life together on mutual trust. However, conflict emerged between the couple when Jang Hoon-tae confessed that he had secretly attended the formal meeting for Ko Yoon-hee's daughter Han Gyu-young (Park Gyu-young). Jang Hoon-tae expressed his apologies and comfort, saying, 'If she's your child, she's no different from my own child.'

The couple's quarrel in their daughter Jang Seo-hyun's (Lee Ju-yeon) hospital room actually demonstrated their strong bond. However, tension between the couple escalated further when Ko Yoon-hee learned that Kim Mu-jin's (Ha Seok-jin) ex-girlfriend is her own biological daughter, Han Gyu-rim.

Han Seok-jung (Ryu Seung-soo) and Hong Ok-seon (Jin Kyung) got off to a rocky start from their first meeting. At their first encounter at a noodle restaurant, Han Seok-jung committed a faux pas by putting rice into Hong Ok-seon's kalguksu (knife noodles), and the meeting ended uncomfortably as Hong Ok-seon got angry. However, when Hong Ok-seon later found herself in a difficult situation, Han Seok-jung helped her, which changed their relationship, and new feelings began to blossom between them.

Han Gyu-oh (Bae Yoon-gyu) and Kwon Hee-na (Jung Bo-min) met by chance and formed a bond. Eight years later, the two, living their separate lives as a con man and an elementary school teacher, met again. When Han Gyu-oh said, 'You know me, right?', Kwon Hee-na pretended not to know him, and new tension arose in their relationship.

Since its broadcast, 'Love Is On Its Way' has been receiving diverse reactions from viewers. Episode 9 is scheduled to air on Saturday, the 22nd, at 8 p.m.
