Samduk Accounting Firm conducted an external valuation using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method to assess the appropriateness of the transfer price of the unlisted shares. The valuation found the value of the shares subject to transfer ranged between 4,367,434,000,000 won and 4,780,223,000,000 won, and concluded that there were no grounds to judge the planned transfer price of 4.45 trillion won inappropriate from a materiality perspective.
