Actor Han Woo-yeol has left a strong impression on audiences with his characterful performance in the film 'Hope.'

'Hope' depicts the story that unfolds after Beom-seok (played by Hwang Jung-min), the head of the Hopo Port field office in the Demilitarized Zone, receives news of a tiger's appearance and confronts a mysterious reality.

In the film, Han Woo-yeol plays Wan-seop, the enforcer of the hunter group 'Hortis,' led by Sung-ki (played by Zo In-sung). While tracking a mysterious presence, Wan-seop moves faster than anyone else under Sung-ki's orders, injecting sharp tension into the story.

With a tough visual holding a hunting rifle and intense eyes, Han Woo-yeol perfectly embodied the rugged atmosphere and captivated viewers despite his brief appearances.

Having proven his solid acting skills in numerous works including the film 'The Roundup' and the Netflix series 'D.P.' and 'Hellbound,' he fully displayed his scene-stealing qualities in this film as well. Beyond the screen and television, he continues his genre-spanning activities, appearing on stage as Mr. Gu in the musical 'Laundry.'
