The Korean premiere screening of the drama 'Deep in the Wumeng Mountains,' which depicts the beautiful nature of China's Guizhou Province and the story of rural revitalization, along with a promotional briefing on Guizhou cultural tourism and economic-trade exchange, was held on the afternoon of the 24th at Le Meridien Hotel Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul. The event was hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

'Deep in the Wumeng Mountains' is a rural revitalization drama set in a rugged mountain village in Guizhou, China. In particular, it portrays the moving process of young people who return to their hometown and the villagers transforming the village anew by combining agriculture, tourism, and cultural industries, centered on the 'cliff village.'

The series aired in China last year, 2025, in CCTV-1's prime time slot and drew significant attention. In Korea, it is set to reach viewers through OBS Gyein TV. Held ahead of the drama's broadcast, this premiere screening served as a meaningful venue for exchange to promote Guizhou Province's diverse cultural tourism resources and economic and trade cooperation.
