Jimin of BTS is vying for first place for the third consecutive year in the 'October Birthday Idol' vote on UPICK, a global fandom platform.

The vote runs from August 21 to September 9. Artists with birthdays in October compete for fans' support.

Currently, the top ranks include Evan, Jimin, Cortez James, BOYNEXTDOOR's Rihee, Ahou Zeoyan, and Stray Kids' Bang Chan. SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan, TWS' Kyungmin, BABYMONSTER's Rami, and HEART2HEARTS' Ian are also recording high rankings, making the competition fierce.

Jimin has won first place in this vote for the past two years. Fans are focusing on whether he can maintain the top spot this year as well.

The artist who finishes first in the vote will receive a reward of an advertisement displayed on the Digital Shinyiji (DS) billboard at Hongik Univ. Station on the Airport Railroad in Seoul. A birthday celebration video created by fans will also be shown on the same billboard.

The final vote results will be announced on September 9 through the UPICK app.
