KBS 1TV's new daily drama 'My Mom Has Gone Crazy' will premiere on September 28, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. It will follow 'Our Happy Day' in the programming lineup.

[A Family Growth Story Following 'Our Happy Day']

'My Mom Has Gone Crazy' is a family growth drama that unfolds as a mother who has devoted herself to her family, another mother who has lived only for herself, and their children become entangled. It is directed by Sung Jun-hae, written by Na Seung-hyun, and produced by Fantagio and Monster Union.

Jung Min-ah plays Kang Da-mi, the personal assistant of Cha Seung-yoon (played by Dong-ha), head designer at Golden Apparel. Kang Da-mi has postponed her dreams for her family's sake but holds the goal of creating a fashion brand bearing her own name.

[Dong-ha → Cha Seung-yoon, the Head Designer Who Returns with a Secret]

Dong-ha plays Cha Seung-yoon, the head designer at Golden Apparel and the eldest grandson of Hwang Geum-soon (played by Kim Young-ok). After losing his parents, Cha Seung-yoon grew up in the United States to become a world-renowned designer, and he returns to Korea to uncover the truth behind his parents' accident 23 years ago.

In the released still photos, Kang Da-mi and Cha Seung-yoon make hand hearts or show playful expressions, displaying an affectionate side. The two characters influence each other and bring changes to their respective lives. Kang Da-mi grows as a designer while working alongside her role model Cha Seung-yoon, and Cha Seung-yoon learns how to open his heart through the bright and quirky Kang Da-mi.

The tension of the drama is formed as the secret that shakes Kang Da-mi's life intertwines with the truth that Cha Seung-yoon has long been pursuing. Attention is focused on how the two, who have different goals, will respond to unexpected events.

[Production Team: "We Anticipate the Chemistry Between Jung Min-ah and Dong-ha"]

The production team said, "Jung Min-ah and Dong-ha are naturally portraying the relationship between Kang Da-mi and Cha Seung-yoon, who have different personalities, adding to the fun of the drama," adding, "We ask for your interest in the process of the two, who move toward their dreams and goals, influencing each other and growing."

Furthermore, it is evaluated that Jung Min-ah portrays Kang Da-mi's spirited side in a multidimensional way, and Dong-ha delicately acts out the gradual change from a cool-headed head designer to someone who reveals his emotions, raising anticipation for the two actors' chemistry.
