The group xikers received the 'K World Dream Global Spotlight Award' at the 2026 K World Dream Awards (KWDA), securing their sixth trophy of the year. The ceremony was held at KINTEX in Ilsan on the 27th.

xikers set a new career high with their seventh mini album released in May of this year. The album surpassed 330,000 copies in first-week sales within just four days of release, exceeding their previous record, and posted a final first-week sales figure of 360,000 copies.

The global performance of the seventh mini album was also notable. The album ranked 4th on the U.S. Billboard 'World Albums' chart and 11th on 'Top Album Sales,' while xikers placed 3rd on the 'Emerging Artists' chart and 82nd on the 'Artist 100' chart.

On the awards ceremony stage, the group drew attention with their unique styling. Wearing graphic shirts and sailor caps, xikers performed the title track 'OKay' from their seventh mini album, showcasing powerful energy and relaxed gestures. They heightened the atmosphere with point choreography matching the song's title and group formations emphasizing teamwork.

Immediately after receiving the award, xikers expressed their gratitude to their official fandom, ROADY. xikers said, "Beloved ROADY, thank you so much for giving us this precious award. Since their first fan meeting in 2024, xikers have continued activities steadily both in Korea and abroad. In 2026, they held their second fan meeting in Korea and in Tokyo, Japan, and will continue meeting Japanese fans with the fan meeting 'roadymap to univerxity' at Zepp Osaka Bayside on October 4.
