In the month-long race held throughout August, 'JANG HAN BYUL' became the new champion with a total of 35,383 votes (51.5%), recording a majority share. Jang Han Byul halted the solo dominance of Jung Seo Joo, who had held the top spot through July, and claimed the celebrity award title for the first time. Having also won first place in the Neostar Award earlier, this win marked the first time achieving multiple titles.

■ A Tight Two-Horse Race for First and Second Place

At the top of the rankings, a tight two-way contest between two channels unfolded over first and second place. Jung Seo Joo's 'Trot Rising Star Jung Seo Joo' took second place with a high share of 27,003 votes (39.3%), putting up a fierce battle until the very end. 'Jung Dong Won TV' settled in third place with 2,359 votes (3.4%), forming the top three line.
