Behind Shin Hae-chul, fervent tribute votes continued for legends of Korean popular music. Bae Ho firmly held second place with 369 votes (14.5%), while Jang Hyun rose to third with 251 votes (9.9%). Kim Jung-ho followed in fourth with 141 votes (5.6%), and Hyun-chol settled in fifth with 131 votes (5.2%), forming the upper-tier competition line.

In the mid-to-lower rankings, votes were evenly tallied for musicians still alive in fans' memories.
