Boy group TRENDZ (Dongkyun, Inho, Taira, Sungjun, Zeon, Sihwan, and Artick) will release their mini 2nd album 'BLUE MODE' today (the 2nd) at 6 p.m., kicking off their first comeback activities in six months.

The new album 'BLUE MODE' captures the process of seven members sharing the same frequency as they discover their deepest, bluest selves. Members Dongkyun, Inho, Taira, Zeon, and Sihwan took part in writing the lyrics themselves, conveying TRENDZ's own authentic narrative along with the conviction and joy of youth aligning their orbits as 'we.'

The title track of the same name, 'BLUE MODE,' is a hybrid hip-hop track that blends groovy vocals and rap over a smooth yet weighty beat. It likens the moment of facing honest emotions to a night dyed blue. The music video, released alongside the song, was shot entirely on film cameras, capturing the energy of youth with vivid textures and colors.

The tracklist also stands out. Including the title track 'BLUE MODE,' the album features a total of four songs: the UKG house genre track 'SYNC UP,' 'ANSWER,' which expands on the outro theme of their debut song, and the electronic pop track 'OVER X,' showcasing an upgraded musical spectrum.

Meanwhile, ahead of the album's release, TRENDZ will hold a comeback countdown live at 5 p.m. today on their official YouTube, TikTok, and Mnet Plus channels to communicate with fans.
