(G)I-DLE's Soyeon returns as a solo artist after approximately 5 years and 2 months.

Soyeon will release her first full-length album, 'The Best Life,' today (the 7th) at 6 PM. The album consists of a total of 8 tracks spanning diverse genres, including rock, hyperpop, disco, and band sound. Soyeon participated directly in writing and composing all the tracks, further broadening her musical spectrum.

The title track, 'I'm Gonna Quit My Job (Narr. Kian84),' is a song centered on the theme of 'quitting a job,' something any office worker can relate to. It conveys a message about the happiness and romance of the present moment rather than anxiety about the future, and broadcaster Kian84's participation as narrator adds to the anticipation.

The music video, infused with the sensibility of 2000s dramas, is expected to offer warm comfort and romance.

Given that this is her first solo comeback in a long time, Soyeon shared that she challenged herself with various genres during the album preparation process and discovered the color that suits her best. She also expressed her aspiration to deliver good music to many people through this activity.
