Singer Kim Hee-jae unveiled a track from his third full-length album for the first time on the stage of KBS1's 'Open Concert.'

On the broadcast, Kim Hee-jae performed two songs: Lee Eun-mi's 'Nocturne' and his new song 'Have You Been Waiting for a Day Like This.' The stage opened with 'Nocturne,' where Kim Hee-jae, seated on a chair, drew empathy from the audience with his sweet voice.

Regarding his choice of a ballad, Kim Hee-jae explained, "The audience looked like they were wondering why Kim Hee-jae was singing a ballad. I chose a ballad this time because I wanted to show a different side of myself."

He then introduced the new song 'Have You Been Waiting for a Day Like This,' included in his third full-length album. The song was a gift to Kim Hee-jae from Jang Yun-jeong. Kim Hee-jae said, "This time, I want to present a brand-new song. Senior Jang Yun-jeong wrote this song for me. The title is 'Have You Been Waiting for a Day Like This.'" He added, "You will probably be able to recall the moment when I first showed myself to you during my appearance on 'Mr. Trot.'"

The new song's stage featured a lively rhythm and choreography along with Kim Hee-jae's signature bright energy, showcasing a fresh charm.

Along with Kim Hee-jae, Far East Asia Tigers, Bin Ye-seo, Lee Ye-ji, Liberante, and Jung Soo-ra also appeared on the 'Open Concert' that day.

Meanwhile, Kim Hee-jae's third full-length album 'REVERB' will be released at 6 p.m. on the 7th through online music streaming sites. The album title 'REVERB' refers to the phenomenon where sound continues to resonate in a space even after the music has ended. Kim Hee-jae expressed his hope that through this album, his music and emotions would remain in listeners' hearts for a long time.
