Wonik has been designated as a short-term overheated stock, and single-price trading will be applied for three trading days starting September 7.

According to a regulatory filing on the 4rd, Wonik met the designation requirements for short-term overheated stocks under Article 28-2 of the Enforcement Rules of the KOSDAQ Market Business Regulations. The designation date is September 7, 2026.

Accordingly, single-price trading, in which trades are executed every 30 minutes, will be applied for three trading days including the designation date. The period ends on September 9, and the short-term overheated stock designation will be lifted from the next trading day after the end date.

However, if the closing price on the end date is 20% or more higher than the closing price on the day before the designation date, the designation period will be extended by three trading days to continue applying single-price trading. The extension is limited to one time.

In addition, even if trading is suspended during the single-price trading period, the number of suspended days is included in the single-price trading period. Meanwhile, no separate market notice will be issued when the short-term overheated stock designation period ends.
