Generasem announced that it has signed a contract worth 11.883 billion won to supply semiconductor post-process equipment to Hanmi Semiconductor.

According to the regulatory filing, the contract covers the supply of 'SAW SINGULATION SYSTEM and other semiconductor post-process equipment.' The confirmed contract amount of 11.883 billion won accounts for 20.94% of Generasem's 2025 consolidated revenue of 56.75724 billion won.

The counterparty to the contract is Hanmi Semiconductor, and the region of sale and supply is South Korea. Generasem stated in the filing that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with Hanmi Semiconductor over the past three years.

The contract period runs from September 4, 2026 to July 1, 2027. The contract date is September 4, 2026, when the company received the official P/O (purchase order) from the counterparty.

Payment conditions are as follows: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery, and 30% upon completion of inspection. The supply method is in-house production.

However, Generasem explained that the contract end date is calculated based on the final delivery date of the last piece of equipment covered by the contract, and may change depending on when the final setup of the contracted equipment is completed.
