Vinatech announced that it has signed a supply contract for supercapacitors for data centers.
The counterparty is SANMINA CORPORATION, an electronics contract manufacturing (EMS) company, and the sales and supply region is India. Vinatech disclosed that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with the same counterparty over the past three years.
The contract amount is 13,300,418,504 won, which is equivalent to 16.17% of Vinatech's most recent revenue of 82,228,905,359 won based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements. The dollar-denominated amount is 9,814,358.4 USD, calculated by multiplying the purchase quantity stated in the purchase order (PO) by the unit price. The won conversion was based on the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's initial exchange rate of 1,355.2 won per dollar on September 7, 2026.
The contract period runs from September 5, 2026, the date the initial purchase order was received, to January 28, 2027, the final end date on the purchase order. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and the products will be supplied through outsourced production via Vinatech's overseas subsidiary.
