Qualitas Semiconductor announced in a regulatory filing that it has signed a semiconductor design asset (IP) license contract worth 1,980,092,000 won with Coasia Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

The contract amount represents 37.01% of the company's 2025 revenue of 5,350,047,190 won based on its standalone financial statements.

According to the filing, the counterparty, Coasia Semiconductor, is primarily engaged in the semiconductor business, with the Republic of Korea as the sales and supply region. The sales and supply method is in-house production.

The contract period runs from September 10, 2026 to September 9, 2027. The contract includes a down payment and advance payment, with payment due within 30 days after the payment conditions are met.

The confirmed contract amount is 1.48 million US dollars, converted to Korean won at the initial exchange rate of 1,337.90 won per dollar on September 10, 2026.

Coasia Semiconductor's most recent revenue was 60,786,076,653 won based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements.

Meanwhile, Qualitas Semiconductor stated that contract terms such as the contract amount and period may change due to other reasons.
