Fidelix announced that it has signed a memory semiconductor supply contract worth 6,020,550,000 won (USD 4.5 million).

The contract counterparty is Semtech Corporation, and the sales and supply region is the United States. The contract period runs from September 10, 2026 to March 1, 2027, although the end date may change subject to mutual agreement between the two companies. The contract date is September 10, 2026, when Fidelix received the Purchase Order from Semtech.

■ Converted to Won Reflecting Exchange Rate... Equivalent to 11.2% of Revenue

The contract amount is USD 4.5 million, converted into Korean won by applying the first-announced base exchange rate on September 10 (1,337.90 won per dollar) based on the Purchase Order. This is equivalent to 11.2% of the company's most recent revenue of 536,155,182,120 won on an individual basis for 2025.

■ 100% Advance Payment and Non-Cancellable Terms

The key contract terms are 100% advance payment and non-cancellable status. Fidelix expects to receive the advance payment within 15 business days from the date of receiving the Purchase Order.

The supply method is outsourced production. Fidelix explained in its regulatory filing that it indicated the supply method as outsourced production because it is a fabless company.
