JNTC VINA Co., Ltd, the Vietnamese subsidiary of JNTC, has decided on a third-party placement paid-in capital increase worth 53,854,159,202 won. The purpose of the fundraising is facility investment funds.
The capital increase will be carried out by JNTC contributing trade receivables of 40,252,753.72 US dollars (USD) held against its Vietnamese subsidiary as capital. The amount in Korean won was calculated by applying the exchange rate on the board resolution date of September 10, 2026 (1,337.90 won per dollar). The third-party allotment recipient is the controlling company JNTC, and the payment date is also the same day, September 10.
The company stated that the purpose of the third-party placement capital increase is 'new business investment and improvement of financial structure.'
As JNTC VINA will not issue shares and JNTC will hold an equity stake in the paid-in capital, the number of shares acquired and allotted was not stated. JNTC's equity stake in JNTC VINA remains unchanged at 100% before and after this contribution.
According to the regulatory filing, JNTC had previously made cash contributions of 15 million dollars on March 23 and 20 million dollars on June 15, both within six months prior to the capital increase decision.
Meanwhile, JNTC VINA is a Vietnamese entity whose main business includes tempered glass manufacturing. As of the end of December 2025, its total assets amounted to 347,942,076,611 won, accounting for 63.47% of JNTC's consolidated total assets (548,175,586,463 won).
