The contract falls under EcoPro HN's greenhouse gas reduction solution business segment and involves supplying a large-capacity catalytic PFCs (perfluorinated compounds) treatment facility. The counterparty is Hoffman Construction Co Of America, and the region of sale and supply is Idaho, U.S. The contract period runs from September 9, 2026 to May 16, 2028. The company stated it has no existing relationship with the counterparty, and it disclosed that it has carried out similar contracts over the past three years.

The contract amount is 14,771,295 dollars, converted to Korean won at the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's posted exchange rate of 1,338.20 won per dollar as of September 11. Payment will be made in installments: 20% down payment, 55% interim payment, and 25% final payment. The interim payment is due after completion of design drawings and final confirmation of on-site delivery, while the final payment is due after completion of test runs and performance testing. The sale and supply method includes both in-house and outsourced production.

EcoPro HN's recent revenue, based on the consolidated financial statements in its 2025 business report, is 141,057,118,027 won. The counterparty's recent revenue was not disclosed, as it is a U.S. non-listed corporation and employee stock ownership company with no external disclosure obligations, making official verification impossible.
