Maum AI announced that it has signed a contract with Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. for the development of autonomous ship welding AI technology. The contract value is 2,106.20 million won (excluding VAT), equivalent to 21.52% of the company's recent revenue of 9,786.36 million won based on the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025.

[Contract Overview] The contracting party is Hanwha Ocean, and the region of sale and supply is South Korea. The contract period runs from September 11, 2026 to July 31, 2027, with the contract date being September 11, 2026, when the contract was finally stamped. Maum AI will perform the contract through in-house production, and the contract does not involve outsourced production.

[Stage-Based Payment Structure] Payments will be made upon the achievement of milestones at each stage. Upon M1 (project start), 30% of the contract amount will be paid, followed by 10% upon achieving M2, 30% upon achieving M3, and 30% upon achieving M5, while no separate payment will be made for achieving M4. The 30% advance payment is expected to be received within 30 days of the contract signing.
