The IPO subscription for Brillce has concluded after a two-day schedule.

The subscription, conducted on the 17th and 18th with IBK Investment & Securities as lead underwriter, drew a total of 113,800 applications. As a result, the equal allocation per subscriber was tallied at 1.32 shares, with investors who participated at the minimum subscription amount expected to be allocated between 1 and 2 shares. The proportional competition rate stood at 3,352.52 to 1. Deposits collected over the two days also totaled more than 4.9 trillion won.

Brillce plans to undergo the allocation and refund processes and list on the stock market on October 1. As the first listing of October, the market trend on the listing day warrants attention.

According to the regulatory filing, Brillce is a robot modularization platform solutions company that designs, manufactures, installs, test-runs, and maintains robotic automation systems, focusing on high-precision inspection robot solutions, manufacturing robot solutions, logistics robot solutions, and food processing robot solutions.
