Mercury (6.34%) and Bit Gwa Electronics (5.34%) are also rising. Laycom (2.67%), Korea Advanced Materials (2.35%), and Daehan Optical Communication (1.07%) are likewise on an upward trend.

In addition, LS (0.77%), Seoul Biosys (0.62%), RFHIC (0.51%), and FiberPro (0.30%) are trading at higher prices than the previous trading day.

Meanwhile, attention is focused on whether optical communication-related stocks will maintain their strength through the afternoon session.

At the same time, both the KOSPI and KOSDAQ indices are maintaining gains compared to the previous day.
