This episode begins when Park Seo-jin visits a hospital in his hometown of Samcheonpo for his father's health checkup. At the hospital, he meets his three aunts and spends warm family time with them. In particular, when someone mentioned that his youngest aunt resembles his younger sibling Park Hyo-jung, the cast burst into laughter.
