"Your Life Is a Never Ending Story - Lee Seung-chul," a large-scale KBS 2TV Chuseok special music event commemorating Lee Seung-chul's 40th debut anniversary, ranked first in its time slot with a viewership rating of 6.1%. At the concert, Lee Seung-chul performed 26 hit songs over 150 minutes together with an audience of 12,000.

The show opened with 'Heeya,' followed by signature songs such as 'There Is No One Like Him,' 'Last Concert,' and 'Long Day.' Lee Seung-chul appeared riding an aerial lift from a 7-meter-high cube, drawing cheers from the audience. The Emperor Band and a 30-piece string ensemble joined him to create a rich sound, while various stage devices including drones, LED displays, and air balloons were also used.

In the middle of the show, Park Bo-gum made a surprise appearance, performing on piano and in a duet stage. Park mentioned his connection with Lee Seung-chul and offered Chuseok greetings to the audience.

In the latter half, songs across various genres including 'My Love,' 'Wandering,' 'Today Again,' and 'Girls' Generation' were re-arranged for the stage, with dancers' group performances and large air balloon productions heightening the atmosphere.

Lee Seung-chul said, "This year marks my 40th anniversary. I now believe these songs are no longer just mine," adding, "For some, they must be songs of first love, youth, memories with loved ones, and comfort." He continued, "I hope today's performance becomes a stage where you can look back on the time you've spent together with my songs."

Park Bo-gum said, "I'm grateful to celebrate Lee Seung-chul's 40th anniversary on such a meaningful Chuseok holiday," adding, "I hope love and blessing in your lives will also be never-ending."

During the 'Never Ending Story' stage, the audience joined in a sing-along. Lee Seung-chul emphasized, "As long as even one person is here, the songs will continue," and in the encore stage he promised, "I had a great time today. I will keep singing many good songs for you, for me, and for all of us."

The event was a three-part program consisting of a KBS original documentary, the variety show 'Delivery Arrived, Song,' and a music show, illuminating Lee Seung-chul's 40-year musical career in various ways. After the broadcast, viewers poured out praise for the stages by Lee Seung-chul and Park Bo-gum, the audience's sing-along, and the stage effects and sound.
