Bitcoin is on the verge of reclaiming the $84,000 level. Major cryptocurrencies including Ethereum, Ripple (XRP), and Dogecoin are also rising across the board, with buying flowing into the broader market.

As of 4:50 p.m. on the 29th, according to the global cryptocurrency market tracker CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin was trading at $83,994.08, up 0.16% from an hour earlier and 1.26% from 24 hours ago. With only about $6 remaining to reach $84,000, attention is focused on whether it will break through this level.

Major Coins Rally Together

Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, was trading at $2,711.42, up 2.52% from 24 hours ago and another 0.53% in the past hour, continuing its upward trend.

Ripple (XRP) rose 0.42% in the past hour and 2.35% over 24 hours to $1.50, climbing alongside the broad rally in major cryptocurrencies.

Binance Coin (BNB) rose 1.01% over 24 hours to $768.13, while Solana gained 1.18% over the same period to $119.58.

Dogecoin was also strong, trading at $0.09499, up 2.50% over 24 hours and 0.53% in the past hour.

Some Coins Turn Lower

However, some cryptocurrencies are moving differently from the majors. Zcash rose 1.60% in the past hour to $1,419.78 but fell 8.19% over 24 hours. Hyperliquid also gained 0.63% in the past hour to $88.43 but slipped 0.55% over 24 hours.

Key Points and Cautions

Market watchers cite whether Bitcoin can establish itself above the $84,000 level and whether major altcoins can sustain their gains as key points to watch going forward. However, as cryptocurrencies are highly volatile in the short term, investors should pay close attention to real-time price movements.
