The contract covers an order for 'micro SAW & VISION PLACEMENT (MSVP)' equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, with a contract value of 7,874,048,000 won. This amounts to 1.37% of Hanmi Semiconductor's consolidated 2025 revenue of 576.68 billion won (576,684,619,527 won).

The contract counterparty is UTAC Thai Limited., and the sales and supply region is Thailand. The contract period runs from September 28, 2026 to December 31, with the contract signed on September 28.

The contract value is USD 5,824,000, converted at the KEB Hana Bank's first posted exchange rate of 1,352.0 won per dollar on September 28. No down payment or advance payment was disclosed.
